The Den at 510 is a venue equipped with everything you'll need to host your next event! From birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, holiday parties, business meetings, to even small weddings, the room's beautiful yet neutral décor is the perfect backdrop to host any style of event.
Details
- The Den comfortably seats 42 guests.
- Beautifully furnished with wooden tables and chairs.
- We currently do not offer any catering services, but you are welcome to bring in food from any source of your choosing.
- Two 6-foot tables are provided in the food service area. Black linens are available for use for these tables, or you can bring in table cloths if you wish. There are ample outlets for crockpots, coffee pots, etc.
- There is a small fridge available.
- Alcohol is permitted.
- There is a 72" Smart TV, as well as a Bluetooth sound bar available for use.
Prices
Weekends (Friday-Sunday): $75 an hour (3 hour minimum)
Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $55 an hour (2 hour minimum)
Set-up and tear down time should be factored into your reservation
$100 deposit is required to secure your booking
